Extension Chrome "WinRadar – Product Research for Etsy Sellers" giúp người bán xem số liệu keyword, listing và shop ngay trên trang Etsy. Trang này mô tả chính xác dữ liệu extension gửi đi, lưu ở đâu và trong bao lâu.
1. Dữ liệu được gửi tới máy chủ của chúng tôi
Máy chủ: etsy-research-license.seller-insight-vn.workers.dev (chạy trên Cloudflare Workers). Extension chỉ gửi:

1b. Chia sẻ số trên trang (tự chọn)
Nếu bạn bật "Share page numbers" (tắt cho tới khi bạn đồng ý), extension gửi các con số hiển thị trên trang Etsy bạn mở (giá, số đánh giá / lượt bán, lượt yêu thích, số kết quả tìm kiếm và thứ hạng) kèm mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên; không ảnh, không chữ, không dữ liệu cá nhân; chỉ dùng để xây số liệu thống kê dùng chung hiển thị trong extension; lưu tối đa 400 ngày dưới dạng số tổng hợp theo ngày; bạn có thể tắt bất cứ lúc nào trong popup. Máy chủ không lưu mã cài đặt kèm các con số: chỉ đếm số máy khác nhau trong ngày bằng mã băm đổi mỗi ngày, xoá khi ngày đó kết thúc.
Địa chỉ IP của kết nối được Cloudflare và máy chủ xử lý chỉ để giới hạn số lượt và chống lạm dụng. Chúng tôi không lưu IP thô và không lưu vị trí (kể cả vị trí ước lượng) suy ra từ IP: chỉ lưu một mã băm có khoá bí mật của IP, đổi mới mỗi ngày, và xoá sau tối đa 2 ngày.
2. Dữ liệu KHÔNG bao giờ được gửi
- Nội dung trang Etsy bạn đang xem (HTML, ảnh, tiêu đề, giá, đánh giá…) — ngoài các từ khoá, tag và mã nêu ở bảng trên, và (chỉ khi bạn bật "Share page numbers") các con số nêu ở mục 1b.
- Lịch sử duyệt web ngoài etsy.com, cookie, mật khẩu, thông tin đăng nhập Etsy, đơn hàng, tin nhắn, thông tin thanh toán.
- Họ tên, email, số điện thoại, vị trí. Extension không có công cụ quảng cáo hay theo dõi (analytics) của bên thứ ba.
3. Lưu trữ
- Trên máy bạn (chrome.storage) — không gửi đi: mã cài đặt, ngôn ngữ, cài đặt; bản lưu tạm số liệu từ máy chủ (ẩn sau 6 giờ, xoá muộn nhất sau 7 giờ); lịch sử số liệu của các trang bạn mở lại (≤ 30 mốc × 300 trang, ≤ 90 ngày); thứ hạng đã thấy (từ khoá + thứ hạng, ≤ 30 ngày, ≤ 3.000 listing); quảng cáo shop đã thấy (≤ 7 ngày); danh sách tìm thứ hạng (≤ 100 mục); số bạn nhập vào máy tính lợi nhuận.
- Trên máy chủ: bộ đếm lượt dùng theo ngày gắn với mã ẩn danh của máy (giữ 90 ngày); mã băm IP (giữ ≤ 2 ngày). Số liệu Etsy công khai (listing, shop, từ khoá) lấy qua Etsy API được lưu chung cho mọi người dùng, không gắn với ai đã tra. Lịch sử số liệu theo ngày (chỉ con số: giá, số đánh giá / lượt bán, lượt yêu thích, mức cạnh tranh…) được giữ tối đa 400 ngày để bạn xem xu hướng; không gắn với người dùng nào.
4. Chia sẻ
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không chia sẻ dữ liệu người dùng cho bên thứ ba, và không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo hay xét tín dụng. Bên xử lý duy nhất là Cloudflare (hạ tầng máy chủ). Khi cần lấy số liệu mới, máy chủ gọi Etsy API bằng khoá của chúng tôi với mã listing/shop/từ khoá — không gửi kèm mã cài đặt hay IP của bạn.
5. Quyền của bạn
Gỡ extension sẽ xoá mọi dữ liệu trên máy. Muốn xoá bộ đếm gắn với mã máy trên máy chủ, liên hệ mục Hỗ trợ (Support) trên trang Chrome Web Store của extension kèm mã cài đặt (không bắt buộc — bộ đếm tự xoá sau 90 ngày). Tắt "Share page numbers" trong popup bất cứ lúc nào để ngừng gửi số trên trang.

Privacy Policy (English)
The "WinRadar – Product Research for Etsy Sellers" Chrome extension shows keyword, listing and shop insights on Etsy pages. This page describes exactly what the extension sends, where it is stored and for how long.
1. Data sent to our server
Server: etsy-research-license.seller-insight-vn.workers.dev (Cloudflare Workers). The extension only sends:

1b. Sharing page numbers (optional)
If you turn on 'Share page numbers' (off until you agree), the extension sends numbers shown on Etsy pages you open (prices, review/sales counts, favorites, search result counts and positions) with the random install id; no images, no text, no personal data; used only to build shared statistics shown in the extension; kept up to 400 days as daily aggregates; you can turn it off anytime in the popup. The server does not store the install id with the numbers: it only counts distinct devices per day using a hash that changes every day and is discarded when that day ends.
The connection's IP address is processed by Cloudflare and our server only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IPs, and no location (not even an approximate one) derived from the IP is stored: only a secret-keyed hash of the IP that changes every day and is deleted within 2 days.
2. Data that is never sent
- The content of Etsy pages you view (HTML, images, titles, prices, reviews…) — apart from the keywords, tags and ids in the table above and, only if you turn on "Share page numbers", the numbers described in section 1b.
- Browsing history outside etsy.com, cookies, passwords, Etsy sign-in data, orders, messages or payment information.
- Name, email, phone number or location. The extension contains no third-party advertising or analytics.
3. Storage
- On your device (chrome.storage) — never sent: install id, language, settings; a short-lived cache of server data (hidden after 6 hours, removed within 7 hours at most); a history of the numbers on pages you revisit (≤ 30 points × 300 pages, ≤ 90 days); rank observations (keyword + position, ≤ 30 days, ≤ 3,000 listings); shop ad observations (≤ 7 days); rank-finder entries (≤ 100); your profit calculator inputs.
- On the server: daily usage counters keyed to the anonymous device code (kept 90 days); IP hashes (kept ≤ 2 days). Public Etsy data (listings, shops, keywords) obtained through the Etsy API is stored once for all users and is not linked to who looked it up. A long-term daily numeric history (numbers only: prices, review/sales counts, favorites, competition…) is kept for up to 400 days so you can see trends; it is not linked to any user.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share user data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or creditworthiness. The only processor is Cloudflare (hosting). To fetch fresh data the server calls the Etsy API with our own key and the listing/shop/keyword only — never your install id or IP.
5. Your choices
Uninstalling the extension removes all data on your device. To delete server-side counters for your install id, contact the Support tab of the extension's Chrome Web Store page (optional — counters expire after 90 days). Turn off "Share page numbers" in the popup at any time to stop sending page numbers.
